A treatment works where the hand lands: the surface, the muscle, the circulation. It does a great deal, but it does not do everything. What you eat and what you drink works elsewhere: more slowly, more deeply, and over time. That second ground is what the collagen café opened up at Vernal.
The idea fits in one sentence: extend the appointment beyond the treatment room. You arrive a quarter of an hour early, settle at the counter and leave the city outside. Or you stay afterwards, glass in hand, while the treatment settles. Either way, the ritual no longer stops at the cabin door.
Nothing medical here, and no numbers promised: a pause, a taste, a moment. The holistic approach Hajar Dabbou stands for owes as much to this ritual as to the protocols she designs.

Before to slow down, after to make it last
Before a treatment, the drink is there to slow you down. Fifteen minutes at the counter are enough to let the pressure of the day fall away, and relaxed skin responds better than tense skin.
Afterwards it is something else: you do not get up from a facial massage the way you leave an ordinary appointment. The café gives you somewhere to stay while the treatment settles and the city comes back gently.
